These terms govern use of I-Ching Oracle, including the free oracle, daily pages, membership features, and account-backed journal tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms as they are published here.

Use of the Oracle
Reflective Tool
The site is offered as a contemplative and interpretive tool. It is not a guarantee of outcomes and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
Personal Use
You may use the free oracle, daily archive, and share/download features for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate permission is granted.
Reasonable Conduct
Do not misuse the site through scraping, credential abuse, security attacks, excessive automation, or attempts to interfere with service for other users.
Membership and Billing
- Checkout and billing are handled through Stripe.
- Member access depends on valid sign-in and active subscription state.
- Plan terms such as price and billing interval are shown at checkout and in the billing portal.
- Access may end if a subscription is cancelled, expires, is unpaid, or otherwise stops qualifying for member access.
Digital Download Policy
Digital ebooks, samples, journals, workbooks, and illustrated editions are generally not returnable once the download has been delivered. If there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, wrong-file issue, or other clear fulfillment problem, contact support with the order email and Stripe receipt so the issue can be corrected.
Your Content
If you save notes or journal entries, you remain responsible for what you write and for any personal information you choose to include in those notes. Keep sensitive information out of the journal unless you are comfortable storing it with the membership feature.
Site Content and Intellectual Property
The site's original commentary, daily reflections, visual parables, illustrations, layout, and related presentation are part of the project's original work. You may quote or share links in ordinary editorial/social ways, but do not copy, republish, scrape, or bulk-repackage the site's content as your own product or archive.
Availability and Changes
The site may change, pause, add features, remove features, or update prices and workflows over time. The free oracle and member tools are provided on an as-available basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Liability Limits
Use the site at your own discretion. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the site is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the oracle, downtime, interpretation of readings, or loss of saved material.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the site develops. The version on this page is the current operating version.
