Use this page for the current membership support path: sign-in help, billing self-service, saved reading issues, and export guidance. Keep the same email for magic-link sign-in and Stripe checkout whenever account-specific help is needed.

Manage Subscription

Use the membership page and Stripe billing portal to update payment details, change plan state, review invoices, or cancel a subscription.

Open the Journal

Use the member journal to reopen saved readings, edit notes, and export account-backed records in JSON or CSV.

The privacy and terms pages describe how saved readings, account data, subscriptions, and site access currently work.

Common Membership Issues

Magic Link Did Not Arrive

Check spam first, then wait before requesting another link. Repeated rapid requests can trigger temporary email rate limits.

Signed In But Membership Is Missing

Make sure the same email address was used for both magic-link sign-in and Stripe checkout. If payment succeeded but membership still shows inactive, check the receipt email, the checkout date, and whether you are signed in with that same address.

Saved Reading Problems

Refresh after sign-in, confirm membership is active, then reopen the journal. If a reading was saved successfully, JSON and CSV export should also reflect it.

Paid But Membership Is Not Active

  1. Confirm the email match. Sign in with the same email used for Stripe checkout. A different magic-link email can make an active payment look disconnected.
  2. Wait briefly, then refresh. Payment confirmation can take a short moment to sync before the member journal, exports, and billing portal controls unlock.
  3. Keep receipt details ready. When asking for help, include your account email, checkout date, and Stripe receipt or invoice ID. Do not send card numbers, passwords, magic-link URLs, or private reading text unless you specifically choose to include it.

Billing and Cancellations

  1. Use the Stripe billing portal for payment method updates, invoice history, and subscription cancellation.
  2. Plan timing lives in Stripe. The billing portal and checkout page are the source of truth for current period end dates and renewal timing.
  3. If you believe you were billed in error, keep the invoice ID, billing date, and membership email ready before requesting account-specific help.

Digital Ebook Orders

Ebook products are instant digital downloads rather than shipped items. If checkout completed but the download link failed, or if the wrong file was delivered, contact support@ichingoracle.space with the order email and Stripe receipt.

Saved Readings and Exports

  • Saved readings belong to the account email used for membership.
  • Reflection notes can be edited inside the member journal and should persist after refresh.
  • Exports are available as JSON and CSV from the journal page.
  • When troubleshooting account data, use the same membership email so journal and subscription records can be matched reliably.
