Data deletion for I-Ching Oracle Space

Delete data stored on your device

To delete saved readings in the mobile app:

1. Open I-Ching Oracle Space.
2. Go to More.
3. Open Export readings or Local data.
4. Use Delete all readings to permanently remove saved readings, notes, and favorites from that device.

You can also delete individual saved readings from the Journal screen.

Local deletion affects only the device where you perform it. If you installed the app on more than one device, repeat the deletion steps on each device.

Oracle Reflection service data

When a completed reading opens online, the app automatically sends the question you entered, if any, and deterministic reading context to the I-Ching Oracle API. Cloudflare Workers AI processes that information to generate the reflection.

We do not write the full question, full request, or full response to a membership or application database. Limited anonymous diagnostics record whether a question was present, reading metadata, approximate country, and model, performance, or error data. Those Analytics Engine records expire automatically within three months.

Before August 4, 2026, diagnostics could also include up to 160 characters of generated reflection. That collection is now disabled, and historical records expire within the same three-month period. Because diagnostics have no account or device identifier, they generally cannot be matched to an individual and deleted before automatic expiry.

Use the subject line: Data deletion request.

In your message, include enough detail for us to understand the request, such as:

• The app name: I-Ching Oracle Space
• The approximate date and time of the reading
• Whether you used Android, iOS, or the website

Do not send the question text, passwords, payment details, private account tokens, or unrelated sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is needed.

We can delete records that we can reasonably identify and are permitted to remove. We will explain when anonymous diagnostics cannot be matched to your request and must instead reach automatic expiry.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, or backup recovery. Aggregated or anonymous analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain until their normal expiry.

Data stored only on your device cannot be deleted by us remotely. Use the in-app deletion controls for local readings, notes, and favorites.
