Data deletion for I-Ching Oracle Space

Delete data stored on your device

To delete saved readings in the mobile app:

1. Open I-Ching Oracle Space.
2. Go to More.
3. Open Export readings or Local data.
4. Use Delete all readings to permanently remove saved readings, notes, and favorites from that device.

You can also delete individual saved readings from the Journal screen.

Local deletion affects only the device where you perform it. If you installed the app on more than one device, repeat the deletion steps on each device.

Request deletion of server-held Oracle Reflection data

Oracle Reflection uses the network after a cast completes. To generate a reflection, the app may send your question text and deterministic reading data to the I-Ching Oracle website API.

To request deletion of any server-held Oracle Reflection or related diagnostic records, email privacy@ichingoracle.space.

Use the subject line: Data deletion request.

In your message, include enough detail for us to find the data, such as:

• The app name: I-Ching Oracle Space
• The approximate date and time of the reading
• Whether you used Android, iOS, or the website
• The question text, only if you are comfortable including it
• The primary and relating hexagram numbers, if available

Do not send passwords, payment details, private account tokens, or unrelated sensitive information.

What can be deleted

We can delete server-held Oracle Reflection request, response, and diagnostic records that we can reasonably identify from your request.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, or backup recovery. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain.

Data stored only on your device cannot be deleted by us remotely. Use the in-app deletion controls for local readings, notes, and favorites.
